Warranty Registration

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Sealion Metal Fabricators, Inc. warrants each trailer to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.  Sealion will repair or replace any parts found to be defective within a reasonable period of time from the date that the trailer is returned to an authorized Sealion dealer.  This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty is void if the trailer has been modified in any way, or if the malfunction is due to damage, unreasonable use or lack of reasonable maintenance.  This warranty does not cover winches, couplers, lights, brakes, tongue jacks, springs, tires and wheels since these items are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.  This warranty does not extend to damage caused by overloading the trailer beyond its stated capacity, nor does it cover cosmetic corrosion or trailers used for commercial use.  Bearings are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  No transportation charges or other related expense, such as travel expenses, towing charges, lodging or loss of time will be paid by Sealion.
